The Catalyst Project
Community for Current and Emerging Executives
The Catalyst Project (TCP) is focused on building capability and supporting the growth and development of current and emerging leaders across all industries and sectors. EGM's ethos is ingrained in being the best version of yourself inside and outside of work and TCP translates this to a wider audience. TCP will have a particular focus on women as gender continues to be a barrier to leadership at C-suite and Board Levels across the country but diversity in all areas is critical.
